Don’t worry, not every assignment requires the same documents, and we’ll always confirm exactly what is needed from each client once we understand your property and goals.

If the appraisal is being prepared for financing or refinancing purposes, clients will be asked to send the below property information:

Income and expense statements (typically the most recent two to three years)

A site plan, survey, or floor plans (if available)

Details of any recent renovations or capital improvements
