When you reach out for a commercial appraisal, having a bit of information on hand helps our team move things along smoothly and efficiently. Don’t worry, not every assignment requires the same documents, and we’ll always confirm exactly what is needed from each client once we understand your property and goals.

If the appraisal is being prepared for financing or refinancing purposes, clients will be asked to send the below property information:

Income and expense statements (typically the most recent two to three years)

A site plan, survey, or floor plans (if available)

Details of any recent renovations or capital improvements

Once they evaluate the extent of the appraisal in need a quote will be issued and once approved, they will begin with the appraisal process.
